B2B eCommerce Coordinator - London

Full Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day site experience support across the regional sites/segments with a particular focus on the LSE region


Manage item set-up and season switch processes (uploading content, site QA, etc.)
Ensure that the sites, landing pages, and PDPs have compelling content (in partnership with B2B Marketing)
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate front-end/back-end website issues
Partner with development teams to complete UAT
Actively contribute to business process enhancements and changes to support new ways of working
Regularly track against annual IT Roadmap to verify that sprints are following schedule
Complete search optimization/personalization updates in partnership with Reflektion
Leverage Content Analytics insights during season switch QA

Qualifications / Experience

2+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably within a B2B and/or apparel business
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
Technical aptitude
Proficient in Excel
Strong influence, collaboration, communication and organization skills
Effective communicator
Flexible and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure
Detail-oriented team player
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
