The Digital Analyst will perform a robust, statistics-led approach to developing new frameworks for effectively evaluating the impact of A/B test experiences on customer journey and personalisation campaign. The role will develop machine learning models to segment user behaviours to support personalisation. Communicating performance on a macro scale and looking at contributing factors that are changing the customer experience and financial performance.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced statistical analysis, such as correlation, regression, for data validation or performance review
  • Provide data analysis and interpretation for model implementations, continue testing, and evaluation of the results
  • Build machine learning models to determine the behavioural triggers which premeditate certain user behaviours as intent to purchases, product category preference
  • Combine data sources into custom reports and dashboards, diagnosing problems to provide actionable insights
  • Liaise with the Optimisation team to ensure appropriate measurement, tracking and understanding of test results, and how they influence the wider business

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Numerical and analytical skills, capable of using multiple data sources to analyse complex problems, identify cause and effect and deliver insightful and practical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Working with large data sets and using quantitative analysis/modelling to drive business results
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience with coding languages or process automation tools such as SQL, Python, git
  • Experience with Cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
  • Degree or equivalent in Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
  • Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
