Digital Content Executive - Solihull

OVERVIEW:

This role exists to deliver the content that powers our digital experiences on the ecomm platforms (website and app). Its purpose is to engage and inspire the Gymshark Community and help them on their conditioning journey through Gymshark’s ecommerce platform through scheduling and organising content for respective platforms.

As a Digital Content Execitive (ECommerce) you will be working closely with the planning, marketing and product tech teams you will devise and deliver the day-to-day operational running of our web stores, taking direction from the Senior Digital Content Executive to focus on the site priorities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Your main area of focus will be to manage the day-to-day tasks pertaining to our 12 e-comm stores across our international markets with the key objectives of increasing revenue through executing an effective digital plan
• Work with Insight teams, providing your team and Manager with insights across web traffic channels, product performance and purchasing/browsing behaviour and working with you manager on how to transform the data you have gathered into site action plans and strategy
• Work closely with the Data team to understand the performance of our Partners on site and offering any insights to the Senior Digital Content Executive and Affiliates and Partnerships team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven ability to manage daily tasks in a time effective and methodical manner
• CMS experience (preferably Shopify)
• Able to work with a wide and varying range of e-commerce data
• Commercially minded with an ability to understand the effects and importance on imagery in any ECommerce site
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team approach to work
• Organised and able to manage a variety of different tasks in tandem

Please note: This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 2 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
