Digital eCommerce Designer - Southampton / Remote

The Role
The overall purpose of the Digital Designer role is to work within the ecommerce team to create innovative assets and design for use across conversion testing, trading journeys & content story telling.
You will:
- Support user engagement and commercial improvements across our global digital estate, ensuring that all creative and communication is customer-focused, well designed and follows the defined brand identity and guidelines.
- Ensure that campaign and creative assets requested by the teams are produced to the highest standards and delivered within specified timings and budgets.
- support creative concept development, sketching/designing/art working, image research, colour/text correcting, checking of all elements and providing digital files using appropriate software packages.
- Be the key liaison with the wider brand and creative teams to identify audience targeted creative that digital can utilise and align on for consistency.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office
About You

- Previous experience in a studio/ in-house design role focused on digital and ecommerce assets within commercial retail environments.
- Ability to respond to problems and contribute to development of the digital user experience through creative innovation and design.
