Digital Operations Manager
£48,500 – £62,500 plus benefits (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre, with occasional travel to Co-op sites/stores

In this role, we’ll look to you to build great relationships with our 3rd party partners, so we can continue to grow our operations. You’ll take responsibility for operation development, engaging with key partners to create operational efficiencies and improve overall customer experience.
What you’ll do
- build and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external partners
- lead on our tech roadmap and innovation for our online platforms
- negotiate and maintain 3rd party contracts and manage new business in the development function
- support wider business projects as an online partner
- oversee large operational budgets
- manage performance and developments for online operations
- act as a champion for the entire online customer journey
- support and develop your team to do a fantastic job
- strong ecommerce experience, preferably with an operational background
- a willingness to learn and able to adapt to change
- the experience of leading a large team and a track record of helping them develop and progress
- knowledge and awareness of developments in the tech and digital landscape
- the ability to build positive relationships internally and with external partners
