Digital Optimisation Assistant - Nottingham

The Optimisation Assistant role will provide opportunities to develop both digital & e-commerce skill sets.

Reporting into a Optimisation Lead and working collaboratively with A/B testing, UX, Operations, Planning & Ecommerce Trading teams.

• Auditing journeys across internal search, reviews, product recommendations, taxonomy and brand hubs
• Competitor analysis
• Using analytics tools to understand customer behaviour and implement journey improvements
• Ensuring that any changes comply with SEO & site performance guidelines
• Applying a test & learn approach to help deliver seamless customer experiences
• Reporting on impact of optimisation changes versus benchmark KPIs

About you:

• Experience in digital analytics, customer experience platforms & SEO
• Results orientated
• Inquisitive nature
• Communication & presentation skills
• Highly organised
• Agile & flexible mindset
• Desire to learn new things
