What will you be doing?

As a Product Manager in our online shop team, you will be the guardian of customer experience and commerciality for a set of customer journeys across Vodafone E-Shop.

You will manage and prioritise a consistent and clear backlog for a squad of Developers, Designers and Testers within the SAFe Agile framework.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define MVP requirements, translating these into features and user stories for the development team. You will work with UX, User Research and Analytics teams to identify and implement optimisation tests, with view to creating a market leading customer experience.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You will have previous experience as a Digital Product Owner/Manager with Ecommerce.
  • You will have analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends.
  • You will have experience working with Developers, Designers and Testers.
  • You will have excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach.
  • You will be passionate about customer experience and digital.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a medium to large matrix organisation.
