Overview:
With a passion for ensuring high quality data and journeys are delivered on site with a particular focus on search and merch optimisation within a specified division.

This role is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Trading Manager in delivering strong trading results for a particular division through detailed analysis, visual merchandising and maximising accurate and appropriate product enrichment.

Accountabilities:
  • Daily site walks on behalf of the customer
  • Own both manual and sort rule category merchandising for the division, proactively uses data to learn and refine. Agrees strategy, approach and prioritisation with the Trading Manager and actions appropriately.
  • Maintains and updates reporting on site performance across a variety of systems, bringing opportunities to the Trading Manager and uses to inform own work.
  • Works with SEO content executive to maximise product titles and category creation to benefit search traffic. Balances with user-expectations of a product/category to maximise conversion
  • Accountable for products being maximised across category through deep level enrichment and accuracy.
  • Sets up promotional events in line with requirements.
  • Supports marketing teams with product feed information, bearing in mind sales maximisation and stock positions. Supports the product co-ordinators through MO creation and assisting/covering as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Works alongside digital operations to understand potential impacts of upcoming technologies and how they benefit the divisional trading performance.

Base Location

The base location for this role is flexible. We’re happy for someone to split their time between home and Head Office. This can be discussed further at interview stage.
