What you’ll do


You will support the eCommerce ambitions for driving performance and insight across our acquisition and retention digital purchase journeys and marketing campaigns.


Key accountabilities:


  • Responsible for forecasting, management and reporting, working closely with the Senior Manager Digital Sales and presenting in trading meetings.
  • To support the daily and monthly forecasting of orders, demand and conversion for all online commercial units.
  • Effectively using all available commercial information to analyse, forecast and maximise product line sales and profitability, both short term and long term.
  • Monitor business performance and formulate initiatives to deliver targets, drive margin and orders.
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce Managers to establish unified ways of working amongst different teams to improve efficiency.
  • To support the delivery of the digital initiatives by maximising the on-site merchandising opportunity through performance management and reporting to optimise site traffic and maximise conversion rates and facilitate a frictionless customer journey.
  • Develop, manage and own relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Vodafone group.

Who you are


  • Experience in Adobe Analytics and EDW and or similar applications.
  • Proven team player, demonstrating ability to influence and work at all levels
  • Proven ability to work at pace, to tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload for self and adaptable to change
  • Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis into tangible business benefits.
