E-Commerce Assistant - Swindon
Full Job Description
The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the online shop, including, but not limited to, writing product copy, adding product photography, liaising with the design team to produce promotional banners, and producing content for social media channels. The postholder will assist the E-Commerce Manager in administrative tasks with the goal of maximising revenue generated by the English Heritage online shop. You will ensure products are uploaded swiftly with accurate and enticing copy, and beautiful photography. You will help deliver an exceptional customer journey and experience by optimising site navigation and liaising with our warehouse team to address all customer enquiries and inventory movements. You will assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns and production of engaging social media content to entice new visitors to the online shop and aid in conversion.
