Job Purpose
Lead Princes strategy on E-commerce and drive our brand performance and presence via this channel.
Be the internal expert on E-commerce and opportunities that exist on customer platforms. Develop and implement e-commerce aspects to customer and brand plans.
Lead engagement and service with E-commerce agencies and manage key performance and metrics data.
Dimensions
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights and novel developments to encourage sales in our e-commerce environments.
- Track sales performance on e-commerce platforms and share best practice learnings.
- Manage all e-commerce agencies and data providers. Lead relationships with customer e-commerce teams.
- Understand and translate brand plan objectives into e-commerce strategy.
- Understand customer e-commerce strategies and opportunities.
- Create promotional opportunities and on-line exclusives and measure performance.
- Lead image optimisation and taxonomy strategies.
- Understand on-line shopper profiles and behaviours.
Principal Responsibilities
- Drive Princes brands presence online.
- Improve our Share of Trade via e-commerce channel.
- Lead the development of any on-line shop platforms.
- Manage all e-commerce agency relationships and briefs, developing plans that deliver best ROI for Princes and customers
- Develop and manage relationships with customer marketing teams
- Manage and execute e-commerce channel shopper marketing calendars, collaborating closely with brand marketing and category teams.
- Identify untapped e-commerce shopper need states or shopper groups that are new / growth opportunities.
- Support the development of customer sell stories and support in the creation of customer growth plans in the field of e-commerce.
- Manage all customer e-commerce opportunities.
- Develop and manage all performance measures relating to ecommerce.
Role Requirements
The job holder will have experience across e-commerce, digital or shopper marketing and good knowledge and interest in developments around ecommerce platforms. A proven team player and self-starter.
Graduate calibre with Marketing, Shopper and or Digital bias.
