E-Commerce Manager - Northampton

Location: Online have an option to work at our busy depot in Waltham Abbey, Essex. or at our exciting new depot opening in Wellingborough, Northampton

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000

Full time: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of Online Lubricants eCommerce channels (eBay, Amazon, Shopify sales)
• Develop strategies to support the company’s growth plans
• Advertise products and create product listings
• Identifying new potential product lines
• Managing inventory and processing all online orders
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Dealing with any customer disputes promptly and professionally
• Providing outstanding customer service to all customers
• Providing weekly and monthly reports
• Identify opportunities to increase the online sales

Required experience:

• Must have previous eCommerce experience
• Experience in selling on eBay/Amazon is essential
• Must be flexible and willing to learn
• Proven experience in working in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in using Excel
• Excellent IT skills
• Knowledge of Shopify is desirable but not essential
