E-commerce manager
BraForMe is the leading online shop for women’s lingerie, nightwear, and swimwear. With over 20 European and UK brands, a size range of 28D – 52F, and a complete range of styles, we aim to be the most inclusive brand for customers.
BraForMe operates a multi-channel model whereby they operate through online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.) but also through their own website on Shopify. Our website significantly grew last year and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of this sales channel and build out a roadmap for 2023
E-commerce Manager
We are looking for someone to spearhead our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be ambitious about growing quickly with a fast-growing e-commerce site and enthusiastic about learning on the job. The ideal candidate has experience running/operating a website and/or managing listings, creatives, or copywriting.
Ideal requirements:
– Experience managing an online store (preferably on Shopify)
– Basic knowledge of website SEO
– Demonstratable experience in growing a business, business unit and/or managing a project lifecycle
– Experience and/or knowledge of working with Canva / photoshop or similar software to build out artwork
– Understanding of marketing channels (Any or all: Email marketing, Social media, Google Merchant, affiliate sites)
– Experience with working with data tools such as Google Analytics and/or Shopify Analytics.
Preferable skills
– Understanding of how to accrue backlinks to the website and build our website PR
– Experience running any ad form (google ads, Socials, email marketing)
– Experience or a desire to grow into a leadership position
– Experience hiring and building a team
This role will predominately be office based with the option for flexible remote work if the candidate has experience working and managing remotely. The range of salary is broad, and the offer will reflect the applicants’ knowledge of the ideal requirement and preferable skills. Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
