What you’ll do
The Digital team is looking for a highly commercial E-commerce Merchandiser to join our team. Alongside continued developments on our successful app, we are currently progressing a complete redesign of our website and have just implemented a brand new search and merch tool. This is therefore an exciting time to join a growth area of the Toolstation business and presents the successful candidate with an opportunity to use their experience to help shape our Digital trading processes and strategy.
Day-to-day
Planning. Making sure all content updates for your categories are completed to launch deadlines. Management of the season product churn in line with our catalogue production schedule. Planning merchandising campaigns for relevant categories, and key events and working across functions and contributing to the company Trading Plan.
Delivering. Using your strong understanding of the Toolstation brand, its customers and the specified range, you’ll build strong relationships across Digital teams, the Commercial team the Marketing team and the IT team to support you in delivering the strong revenue growth ambitions in place.
Leading. Coaching, mentoring and developing your E-commerce Merchandising Executive to be the best version of themselves.
