We are a fast-growing online branded footwear retailer and have been trading since 1992. We sell on multiple marketplaces and are one of the UK’s largest marketplace sellers.
We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce Product Listing Manager based at our head office in Greenford, London.

About the Role
The Ecommerce Product listing manager is responsible for leading the Listing department and will be managing a team of at least 12 people that includes in-house and outsourced staff. The successful candidate must have related skills and people management experience, combined with strong management and leadership capabilities. Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for each of the online marketplaces.
- Taking ownership and managing all digital content on all online channels, ensuring everything is uploaded and merchandised on time.
- Maintain online listings on major online marketplaces, Shopify, and other platforms in the UK, EU, Americas, Australia, and Asia.
- Creating new products and maintaining existing product listings.
- Responsible for ensuring incident reports and support tickets in relation to the product listings are resolved whilst proactively reducing the overall percentage across marketplaces.
- Resolving all issues related to the online marketplaces catalogue including suppressed, blocked, or problems related to product data accuracy.
- Using channel analysis and insight to improve performance and drive sales.
- Manage, train, and help the merchandising team with content creation for product listings. Writing unique product descriptions and other product specifications. Preparing suitable product images.
- optimizing and uploading product listings on multiple online marketplaces and CMS.
- Innovating and improving the business processes to make them more efficient by using the latest technological tools available. Keeping the stock levels and prices updated using the inventory management systems on all the online marketplaces.
Minimum Requirements
- minimum of 5 years E-Commerce market places like Amazon management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years E-commerce management experience, managing a team of at least 5 people
- Efficient with spreadsheets, manipulating data, and reviewing results.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Time management skills to manage workload effectively in order to meet deadlines. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or IT-related subjects or business analysis.

- Meticulous in your approach with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Experienced with ERP systems, task management systems, database management
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 app suite
- Experience with ClickUp
Pay and benefits
we offer an annual bonus which is linked to the net profit of the company and also monthly performance bonus.
