E-Commerce / Website Development Manager - Preston

ROCCIA is a leading retailer of luxury tiles, bathroom and kitchen products in the UK.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious Website/E-Commerce Manager who is looking for the next step in their career.

The role is to develop and manage multiple websites within the business ensuring our continued growth strategy across e-commerce, digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities:

· Develop website content management using a backend CMS.

· Ensure all admin associated with the running of the websites is completed.

· Ensure all content on the websites are correct and up to date.

· Improve onsite customer journey/acquisition.

· Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all channels.

· Develop the websites and digital presence as required.

· Resolving website issues and ensuring that any issues regarding the fulfilment of online orders including customer complaints.

· Identify new opportunities and strategies to drive new customer growth.

· Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

· Develop and lead a small team of web admins.

Requirements:

· Knowledge of Odoo is preferable or the ability to quickly learn.

· Previous experience in B2C ecommerce.

· Strong commercial acumen.

· Highly organised with project management skills.

· Proven ability in managing PPC and SEO programmes.

· Up to date knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting.

· Strong mentor with experience in building and supporting other members of the digital team.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 per year depending on experience.
