The eCommerce Fulfilment Administrator will have a key role within the operations team at ALDI. We collectively ensure that our Warehouse and operations are set up to fulfil customer orders on time and in full.
We are looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with internal colleagues and be areal team player. In this position you will be required to run reports and share data with critical areas of the business, many of which will have set deadlines. Alongside this, the administrator is very important to supporting continuous improvement projects and enabling decisions to be made regarding our eCommerce warehousing operations.

Your New Role
- Ensuring daily reports are shared and are accurate and timely, based on team requirements
- The individual will work efficiently and be open to change their ways of working to save time and where appropriate, improve the information that is being shared with the team
- Creating dashboard information and sharing visuals that will be used to monitor the performance of our third-party warehouse and associated processes
- Identify ways to improve team ways of working and encourage collaboration through tools, information, and documentation
- Administrative tasks and record keeping will be required including accurate filing within our internal systems/folders
- Capable of sharing key observations and trends that might impact our team performance
About You
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Hold the ability to demonstrate working to deadlines and managing administrative tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with good organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Experience having worked with a fast-paced working environment such as retail or logistics would be a real bonus.
- Joining a busy team you will be a positive team-player with a ‘can-do’ attitude

- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday, with the opportunity for remote working 3 days per week.
