The E-Commerce Analyst plays a pivotal role in our E-Commerce team, helping us deliver our mission of “excellent execution to the point of purchase”. This is an exciting opportunity for either someone already in a sales role wishing to develop their skillset or someone with supply chain/forecasting experience and a passion for customer service to develop into a sales role.
Through excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail, you will help and support in the overall delivery of our E-commerce targets. Utilising your data resources, you will support the team with actionable insights across all customer touch points including both commercial & supply.
This role reports into the National Account Manager within the eCommerce team. The role will support the broadening of the eCommerce Analyst’s skill set incorporating improved & developed financial analysis, category understanding, influencing & negotiation skills and planning & forecasting which will support career progression.
Job Description
The Analyst supports the National Account Manager (NAM) and Account Controller (AC) to manage the relationship between the Customer, Edrington UK and the Shareholders. The Analyst supports the team to achieve see through margin targets at a customer level, through effective tracking and management of volume and spend (A&P / selling costs), to achieve business goals and increase shareholder value. They will do this by maximising availability on customer platforms, inbound supply and supporting E-Commerce brilliant basics.
