Ecommerce Assistant - Interim - London

We currently have exciting opportunities in our Ecommerce Department for enthusiastic individuals to join our team on an interim basis as Ecommerce Assistants.

We are looking for organised, passionate individuals who are excited by learning about ecommerce, who can help with a project to upgrade our site. This will be a highly demanding role, working on a fast-paced project with the opportunity to work across a number of teams.

We want an ambitious and energetic individuals, who are great at troubleshooting and problem solving, with excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn about ecommerce.

What you’ll be doing:

These roles will be providing support across a number of teams in the ecommerce department and activities may include:

  • Supporting the product marketing teams with product enrichment pre-launch online
  • Support the merchandising of products across the site
  • Set up of new categories for editorial stories and landing pages
  • Daily checks across all sites for product availability and any inconsistencies
  • Supporting the product marketing team with Visual Merchandising, Search and Filtering
  • Working with the team to test the customer experience across the site and app
  • Capturing and logging any issues with the new site with the project team
  • Helping with the migration of content pages from the old site to the new
  • Checking the site for broken links or incorrect copy

About your experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
  • Commercial experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Any experience of working on a fashion or beauty website desired
  • Experience within an E-commerce Product Marketing, VM, Trade or Marketing role – desirable
  • Experience with a PIM (product system) ideal, but not compulsory.
  • Experience with Fredhopper (or any Search & Merchandising system) ideal, but not compulsory
  • Experience with BigCommerce or any Ecommerce Platform desirable
