Ecommerce Assistant - Nuneaton / Remote

Join our eCommerce Team as an ambitious and creative eCommerce / Product Assistant! Drive exceptional product management on our websites and app, focusing on your assigned category areas. Be at the forefront of H&B’s digital transformation, working for the UK’s leading health & wellbeing digital store.
- Manage product setup in CMS, ensuring SEO compliance and regulatory approval.
- Stay informed about range review roadmaps for timely preparation and improved website experience.
- Transfer product data from the internal database to Excel for further processing.
- Import product data from Excel into the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Handle NPD pipeline, collaborating with digital and category teams for efficient product listing.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain the internal database (PLM) by updating product information, attributes, and related data.
- Execute promotions, including monthly changes, campaigns, and category initiatives.
- Test promotions in staging and live environments for clear messaging and functionality.
- Regularly update landing, product list, and search pages for optimal user experience.
- Conduct site shopping to maintain a smooth trading experience and address issues promptly.
- Proven experience in data entry or related roles, preferably within a product management or eCommerce environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry processes.
- Proficient or intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of product information management systems (PIM) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and search term optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
