eCommerce Channel Associate (Grocery & Retail Media) - Slough / Remote
Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and energised eCommerce specialist with experience of the UK digital retailer space to help us reach more children at one of the most loved brands.
We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative relationship focused and analytically savvy Channel Associate to help grow our digital offering in partnership with our customers. Core Responsibilities
- A focus on the core eCommerce fundamentals with the aim of a strong digital shelf across retailer platforms
- Deliver account-specific digital shopper marketing plans which drive both recruitment of new shoppers and retention of existing shoppers.
- Deliver impactful and scalable digital marketing campaigns in line with key trading moments, occasions, and micro moments.
- Performing post campaign analysis drive improvements through data and insights to understand performance, return on investment and shopper behaviour to continuously improve digital execution.
- Partner closely with retailers on their digital transformation initiatives driving eCommerce capabilities and innovation.
- Develop Retail Media capabilities across our platform marketing tools (Citrus & Criteo)
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to ensure shopper assets and toolkits are effective.
- Collaborating with eCommerce teams in wider Western Europe forums on behalf of the grocery channel and networking with counterparts in other Western Europe business units

The eCommerce Channel Associate role sits within our wider eCommerce Sales function.
The team has responsibility for:
- Delivering best in class Digital Shopper Marketing experiences across eCommerce and Omnichannel customers’ digital platforms
- Peer to peer training and upskilling in Digital and eCommerce fundamentals across the Sales Function and wider Business Unit
- Innovating in the digital and eCommerce space and sharing and scaling the findings with the Western Europe Market Group
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience of sales, eCommerce, or digital marketing roles in a consumer products focused business with a UK specific retail focus, grocery experience is not required but preferred.
- Digitally native, having the ability to understand key technical issues, their implications, and how they could be resolved.
- Proven track-record of acting and developing on data and shopper insights.
- Collaborative relationship management both internally and externally with strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be brave and implement test & learns.
- A positive and energised demeanour with an ongoing self-learning approach
- High level of resilience, adaptation, and agility
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
