eCommerce Content Assistant - Loughborough

Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Content Assistant to join our web team at Wheelers Luxury Gifts. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial product copy for both our Wheelers Luxury Gifts & Pen Sense websites.

About You

• Excellent written English and talent for writing consistent copy
• Knowledge/interest in luxury gifts
• Basic Photoshop editing skills
• Highly organised
• Experience with CMS and back-office systems (not essential, as training will be provided)
• Brand and competitor awareness
• Taking on board and acting on feedback

Day-to-Day Operations

• Write clear, concise and engaging copy for the product pages. This copy should be written to represent the brands tone of voice and current trends. (This copywriting will be for both Wheelers Luxury Gifts & Pen Sense)
• Edit product images ready for new items to be uploaded
• Bi-weekly blog posts updating customers on new brands, product lines, product launches etc.
• Regularly audit both Wheelers Luxury Gifts & Pen Sense websites to make sure copy is correct on landing pages, any missing information is added to product descriptions, update images and any other website-related duties
• Regularly update social media with new brands, products and any other information
• Make sure to take off any discontinued items from both websites

Other Operations

• Manage any seasonal sales such as Black Friday, Christmas Sale and Summer Sales
• You will be in charge of creating the sale imagery for both websites when sales are going live
• Update any brand price increases
• Any other related duties as reasonably requested
