Ecommerce Coordinator - Lancing / Remote
We have an exciting opportunity for a Ecommerce Coordinator to join our amazing team. The role is based in Lancing (with hybrid working).

The Ecommerce Coordinator:
We are rejuvenating the team post pandemic, during the past year we have pivoted the business from a B2B Wholesaler to a direct to customer model, with huge untapped potential for growth. This role is an opportunity to deliver career defining LFL’s and KPIs. We are a close knit, small team who work in a fast paced, agile way. You will be empowered to make decisions and learn fast.
Key responsibilities as our Ecommerce Coordinator:
- Analysis of data to suggest and make impactful decisions, considering the customer journey and overall website experience for our users
- Website meetings – provide suggestions at these discussions for making better use of our customer journey, and communicating these to the Ecommerce Product Manager
- Analysing performance daily in Google Analytics to highlight most viewed areas, bounce rates, problem areas and in turn make suggestions to rearrange the website or improve end user experiences
- Work with Marketing, Merchandising and Buying to prioritise product data considering intake dates, trade requirements and planned marketing activity
- Report and log any website issues or bugs via the task management system and track progress
- Create topics and wording for promo areas e.g. Promo Bar, Trust Bar and Promo T&Cs
- Testing new or evolving web improvements until completion, working with relevant teams for a resolution in a timely manner
- Supports Ecommerce and Merchandising in stock control, setting up of categories as required and ensuring all the right perimeters are in place for that product type e.g. Ex-Stock, Email me when back in stock or Pre-Order
What we are looking for in our Ecommerce Coordinator:
- Experience of managing ecommerce plans and supporting an ecommerce strategy
- Ecommerce/retail background is ideal
- Experience of innovative methods such as customer journey mapping
- Experience collaborating with buyers, merchandisers and marketers
- Strong Ecommerce background
- Photoshop experience
