Position Summary
The Nespresso ECommerce Team have an exciting opportunity for an eRetail Manager to join their team to manage the eRetail strategy and deliverables for Nespresso UKI across B2C to enable best in class digital experiences across our key trade partners’ platforms. You will drive and accelerate our sales and conversion to new members of machine buying prospects on our trade partner sites specifically across Vertuo. You will own the shopper journey across our trade partner sites/platforms aligned to that on Nespresso platforms and will explore and deliver new routes to drive new member conversion from our trade partner sites – eg Subscription building best practice for use in other markets

A day in the life of an … eRetail Manager
As eRetail Manager, you will:
- Work with trade partners to activate seasonal promotions across their platforms to accelerate Vertuo mix
- Work hand in hand with trade partners to create Nespresso branded content within their platforms to increase the digital brand experience and drive awareness of Nespresso brand purpose
- Create a “red carpet” journey from machine purchase through to the world of Nespresso in purchasing coffee and becoming a new Member
- Accelerate YoY NM conversion for each retailer through mutually beneficial tactics and promotions
- Support the Key Account Manager teams to align online to offline strategies in creating a clear omnichannel joint business plan
- Deliver and execute promotions aligned to those on Nespresso owned platforms within trade partners
- Propose and activate new content and journeys aligned with Nespresso Ecom and KAM teams into trade partners’ digital teams
- Propose and activate new ways of working into online trade partners with KAM team alignment
- Explore ways of working to enable propositions such as Nespresso Subscription to work effectively on trade partner digital platform
What will make you successful?
To be successful as an eRetail Manager, you will have prior experience successfully leading and managing eretail partners ideally within a D2C business unit
You will also:
- Have experience in a Customer facing role
- Have knowledge or experience of working in CMS’s
- Have experience working across marketplaces
- Thrive in a matrix organisation and have effective influencing skills.
- Have strong analytical and decision making skills
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Have knowledge in website management constraints
- Have knowledge on Customer and marketing insight (from Market research, Customer satisfaction, web analytics, CRM-customer data)
- Have an understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites
- Knowledge of key tools such as EDGE and platforms such as Citrus Ad
