Ecommerce Executive (Marketplaces) - Workington

Lakeland Cosmetics are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team in our Workington office to create and improve existing product listings on our online retail channels.

Our business has been manufacturing its own brand cosmetics and pet care brands for over 12 years. We currently sell our products through Amazon, eBay, and our websites.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience with using Amazon Seller Central and eBay. The candidate will be working closely with the team to optimise listings by creating product descriptions and images/video content of the products.

Responsibilities include:

· Day-to-day management of UK Amazon account

· Expansion to other Amazon locales with the use of FBA

· Listing products regularly on Amazon, eBay, and our website (Shopify/Woocommerce)

· Amazon listing creation and title optimisation (research keywords) for the target audience

· Creation of A+ content & translations for Europe

· Creation and maintenance of Amazon brand storefronts

· Oversee, guide & review copywriting for our Amazon product detail pages

· Ensuring imagery is compliant with platform requirements

· Liaising with warehouse for FBA preparation and stock replenishment

· Troubleshooting and resolution of listing/account issues following best practice and Amazon guidelines

· Amazon fulfilled inventory management

· Ensuring customer service, feedback and product rankings are optimised

· Creation and management of successful Amazon PPC campaigns

· Measure and report performance of all campaigns.

· Drive international marketplace launches, using internal and external data to determine strategy, building partnerships that support/facilitate the launch.

· Work with the team to improve listings and drive sales traffic

· Data Analysis of internal and external competitor and market data – extracting information to propose and implement strategic decisions that ensure products achieve optimisation and conversion goals.

Requirements:

· Previous experience using Amazon, eBay, other marketplaces and websites

· Knowledge of the tools and systems used across online marketplaces, including Linnworks, multi-channel inventory software, Brand Analytics, Helium10 or similar listing optimisation tools

· Attention to detail with excellent written English ability

· Understanding of keywords and product optimisation techniques across different marketplaces

· Able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative

· A strong grasp of basic SEO, PPC and online keyword-driven marketing

· The ability to generate and analyse data, implementing change based on results

· High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge

· Good mathematical and analytical skills

· An understanding of pay per click marketing

Salary dependant on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
