British-born, today we have 13 stores across the UK and are excited to have recently opened our second store in the US an established InteriorDesign and Trade business, a mail-order service, a thriving website and an app.
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Ecommerce Executive to join our Digital Team, based at our office in Chelsea, London.
We operate a hybrid working model: two or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Executive will optimise our website experience, helping users find what theyre looking forand maximising sales potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day management of how products are displayed online ensuring all information is correct and up tod ate
- Upload new products,sets and collections to the website, ensuring all related content is working and well-presented
- Conduct daily site checks ensuring products are live and correctly merchandised
- Coordinate workload to ensure successful product uploads, working closely with Merchandising and communicating web stock queries accordingly
- Ensure all product information is accurate and adheres to SEO guidelines
- Ensure products have relevant upsells to increase AOV
- Seek opportunities to drive online trading and improve performance against KPIs
- Maintain the home page and key landing pages
- Produce briefs for webassets and copy, coordinating deadlines with the design studio, copy team, SEO and development team
- Ensure all Idea and information pages are up to date
- Ensure all marketing and promotional activity is reflected online by the appropriate deadlines
- Run weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to analyse sales performance
- Review sales and stock of bestselling line in order to promote these online
- Deputise for Ecommerce Manager as and when required
ABOUT YOU
- Ecommerce experience,preferably working with luxury brands
- A problem solver, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient user of Google Analytics (or another similar analytics tool)
- Organised, with ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently
- Experience using Magento2 would be beneficial
- A creative,problem-solving spirit
