The eCommerce Intern supports the growth of the eCommerce business through continually improving the customer experience, assisting in ongoing projects, and supporting our digital platform from a content and data integrity standpoint. The eCommerce Intern is a prime ‘User’ of the eCommerce toolset and technologies.

They work in a fast-paced digital environment and support in maintaining the smooth operation of the eCommerce business. They must be collaborative, and results oriented. They must be quick to learn, able to work well under pressure and comfortable working in a team and alone.

 

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Support the eCommerce Executive and Digital Teams with Daily, Weekly and Monthly key tasks to support Yugo.com globally.
  • Assist on the CoreMedia Digital Experience Platform to roll out global website updates.
  • Support with the implementation of Unbounce landing pages for specific marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with multiple teams on site improvement projects, providing Resources, Content Support and participation in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist the team to ensure that the tools needed to support Website(s) are working as they should – e.g. CoreMedia, LiveChat and other 3rd Party Integrations.
  • Help the wider Yugo team and stakeholders with the execution of brand, marketing and eCommerce activities on Yugo.com.
  • Assist with the Mobilisation of new Spaces & Global digital content updates.
  • Find, Troubleshoot & Resolve minor Website(s) issues – e.g. grammar, spelling, images, content and data integrity.
  • Support ongoing Website updates according to Operational requirements.

 

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
  • Great communication skills!
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Attention to detail

These things would also be great (but not essential):

  • Some working knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Experience/Comfort level with using Google Analytics
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Flexibility to global working (e.g. deadlines may be time zone contingent)
