Full Job Description
The V&A launched its new Salesforce platform in Autumn 2021, bringing together ticketing, membership and merchandise into one seamless shopping experience that underpins the V&A brand. This role will help the V&A build a new omnichannel approach to eCommerce; realise the commercial benefits of the new platform; drive traffic, SEO and CRO; and develop key functionality to increase reach and income for the future.
The V&A’s eCommerce Lead will lead and deliver the V&A’s overall eCommerce strategy and approach, connecting online, mobile and onsite sales channels, driving product capabilities, and bringing them together in one seamless shopping experience that underpins the V&A brand.
Reporting to the Director of Audiences, Commercial & Digital, the eCommerce Lead works collaboratively with teams across the V&A – from Retail and Membership to Digital, Marketing, CRM and Technology – a hands on role with autonomy and responsibility.
This role is essential in supporting an eCommerce proposition that is commercially successful, engaging and well presented, customer friendly and operationally efficient, and supports the V&A’s strategic business goals.
