Ecommerce Manager - Belfast
Gostand Limited is an online retail and manufacturing company based in Belfast supplying electric standing desks across the UK and Ireland.

The Position: We’re looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Manager. The salary we’re offering is £35K-40K depending on qualifications and experience. This role will be based at the Company’s head office.

Requirements:
· Applicants must have achieved 3 A-Levels grades A‐C and a 3rd level qualification (business‐related related degree preferable but not essential)
· 10+ years customer management experience and/or experience in an operational role is essential, preferably within ecommerce
· Applicant should be able to demonstrate the use of business systems and software within an ecommerce/operational environment
· In-depth experience of financial and customer record keeping within a VAT registered business is essential
· Applicant should have 3+ years’ experience working with a technical product and an understanding of the management of a technical product range
· A knowledge of website functionality, design and management is essential
· Applicant should be able to demonstrate a record of 3+ years employment in a procedure driven company with a recognised quality system
· Previous experience working within a small company
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing the entire customer experience from when a customer first arrives on our website to when an order is received, manufactured, and shipped, providing ongoing support when required.
· Stock management, financial management and digital management.
· Proactively seek business improvement opportunities.
