We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce manager to drive Benefit’s online business through some of our key online retailers to achieve growth and exceed targets. You must be passionate about beauty with strong experience in ecommerce and building and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for a number of Etailer accounts, building and delivering their strategies, driving growth and managing budgets and relationships.


Manage, grow and develop key online retailers collaborating with the wider ecommerce & national accounts team to deliver financial targets and drive brand & category ranking.

Develop and implement best in class commercial and digital marketing plans across e-retailers that drive performance and amplify key NPD launches.

Build and maintain retailer relationships within your designated accounts, to drive Benefit’s performance and maximise our onsite visibility and share of voice.

Compile weekly and monthly sales reports. Analysing performance and identifying areas of opportunity or risk whilst ensuring KPI’s and targets are achieved.

Accurately forecast, agree, and achieve retail sales by account ensuring forecasts and targets are achieved.

Develop a strategic fiscal sales plan for each Online Channel.

Monitor and control budget expenses within company guidelines.

Manage & develop team of two.

About you:

Previous solid experience in a similar role with a passion for Beauty.

Analytical and comfortable accurately forecasting.

Possess strong negotiation skills and be an effective communicator.

Possess strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint at an advanced level.

We offer a flexible working schedule with 60% in the office and 40% flexible working from home.
