Fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscare in the role of Ecommerce Manager!
Hospiscare Enterprise Centre, Marsh Barton, Exeter EX2 8RB
Full time – 37.5 hours/week, 5 days Monday to Friday
Salary £27-30K per annum
Online sales at Hospiscare make a huge contribution to supporting the amazing palliative and end of life care our clinical teams are renowned for providing.
As our Ecommerce Manager you will manage a small dedicated and knowledgeable team to maximise income and profitability for the charity from online sales, and lead on the development of new sales platforms to increase our online presence as part of Hospiscare’s ecommerce strategy.
You will be commercially aware, creative and innovative, with detailed knowledge of eBay, Shopify and other online marketplaces. You will also have significant experience of managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets and business objectives, and be able to demonstrate leadership abilities that will enable you to support and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
