Job Description
Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is the division within Experian that is responsible for the company’s Direct-to-Consumer products and propositions; primarily Credit Monitoring, Credit Comparison (credit cards, loans, mortgages) and ID Fraud Protection. The E-commerce Manager will be part of the E-commerce team who are responsible for the customer experience and commercial performance of all pre-logged in pages that sit across http://www.experian.co.uk.A talented E-commerce Manager is required to manage the consumer Experian.co.uk site domain, delivering projects to drive a seamless website experience and ensure website visitors understand and can navigate Experian’s full product proposition. The successful candidate will make sure that we champion the customer, implement best-in-class CX practices and work with stakeholders to continually grow our website in line with our business growth.
The position will report into the Head of E-commerce and work within the overall ECS Marketing Team, who deliver new customer growth, existing customer engagement, revenue growth and increased awareness of the Experian consumer brand.
Key responsibilities will include Website Management, CX Projects, Customer Journey Mapping, Website Analysis and Performance, Customer Insight, Collaboration with Acquisition and CRM, Self-Code Site Updates and Site Governance and Audit.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in an online customer experience role. We need a candidate who is passionate about the optimisation of websites and online user journeys, who can understand and is able to code in HTML and CSS.This position would suit someone with a strong understanding of best practise CX methodologies (research & analytics) and translating these into actionable insight, with proven knowledge of market trends, SEO, the online landscape, digital marketing channels and marketing strategies.
This is a fast-paced area of our business so you will need to be capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising appropriately. Experience of working with an analytics tool (preferably GA) and session replay tools would be an advantage as well as a demonstrated ability to deliver projects from end-to-end.
