eCommerce Manager - Tamworth
Our eCommerce team is like a business in its own right, with its own Trading, Merchandising, Logistics and Technology teams. Working closely with the eCommerce Director, you’ll help us build a strategy that enables us to source and select the right products and present them to our customers in exactly the right way. With the freedom to challenge, implement and manage methods, you’ll make proposals, monitor KPIs (including website analytics and operational metrics) and use marketplace trends to suggest improvements.
Managing your team, you’ll ensure that everyone understands the vision, and is working hard to achieve it. Because of your guidance, everyone can see how their ideas and passion will play a key role in our future. Hugely inspiring and energetic, you’ll take pride in giving our customers new and exciting ways to shop.
Salary
£55,915 rising in increments to £81,415 in year 4.
Holiday allowance
5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Hours and benefits
You’ll work a 5-day, 45-hour week. Plus, you’ll receive a company pension when you start, private employee medical insurance after 6 months, company maternity and adoption leave from commencement as well as company paternity pay after 2 years.
