Ecommerce Marketing Manager - Bath / Remote
Purpose of the job
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join us.
You will be responsible for planning, organising, implementing and evaluating our localised marketing activities, including PR, events, advertising content, social media, market research and promotional activities for Lovehoney UK & Ireland.
You will also be responsible for managing the performance of the Lovehoney acquisition channels, including PR, CRM, SEA, SEO & Affiliate.
This is an exciting time to play an important role in our commercial marketing growth in the UK & Ireland so we are looking for someone who is passionate about building our brand awareness through media channels, has experience in creating successful marketing strategies within an ecommerce environment, and has a track record of achieving results.
Whilst we are ideally looking for someone to be able to come in our central Bath office 3 times a week, we may be open to more hybrid working depending on experience.
What you’ll do:
- Continue to build brand awareness for the Lovehoney Retail brand through all media channels
- Plan, produce and execute the UK & IE ecommerce marketing strategy in line with overall business goals and objectives adhering to our Lovehoney brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive traffic through effective digital marketing activity
- Review UK & IE marketing activity based on ROI and optimise allocation of multi-million marketing budget.
- Provide support on key commercial activity and product launches by coordinating all commercial channels to align on a cohesive marketing plan.
- Work collaboratively with the content & creative teams to created localised campaign and adapt global campaigns for the region
- Align all Social, Paid content, CRM and PR activities in the region to ensure alignment with the all regional marketing strategy
- Collect and analyse and report on performance and UK & Ireland market data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and ecommerce best practices to continuously improve our online presence and customer experience
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising or brand management in an ecommerce company
- Experience managing a digital marketing team, including specialists in areas such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing ecommerce marketing strategies across multiple channels aligning to a single integrated plan.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with exceptional time management, attention to detail, organisation and multi-tasking skills with the ability to achieve quality outcomes within deadlines
- Willingness and evidence to try innovative marketing strategies
- Strong presentation, communication and team skills
- As well as having line manager experience, you will be analytical and strategical as well as hands on, always find ways forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and passion for the Lovehoney brand.
