eCommerce Marketplace Manager - Remote

THE ELEVATOR PITCH:

If you’re experienced at running eCommerce marketplace channels, here’s a chance to become the Marketplace Lead for a fast-growing early-stage startup. We’re already selling in some marketplaces but there’s huge scope for growth.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You’ll run our marketplace channels and be responsible for managing and growing those channels
• You’ll also find new and interesting marketplaces that we should be operating in
• You’ll make sure the right products are listed and merchandised
• As our marketplaces lead, you’ll ensure that our marketplaces connect seamlessly to the rest of our business from fulfillment to customer service.
• You’ll build a strategy for growing each marketplace channel and put that plan into action

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• You’ll be experienced in managing marketplaces, particularly Amazon and eBay and can share some great examples of how you’ve moved the performance needle.
• Ideally, you’ll have a strong understanding of hybrid marketplace models such as FBA.
• You’re high energy, can work accurately at pace, and thrive when spinning
• multiple plates at once.
• You’re data-driven and like to be accountable.
• You’ll also have a really high bar for execution.
• You have excellent computer skills.
• You play well with others and want to be part of a big growth story.
• Experience in the motorcycle industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Fluency in more than one language is advantageous but not essential.

THE BASICS:

• Location: Remote working
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Salary: up to £35k – depending on your experience

Salary: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
