Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Operations Specialist to join the team. Working across the UK&I you will contribute to the management of the day-to-day content related activities of the digital channels by: ensuring eCommerce touchpoints provide the best user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers, updating website and app with content and features according to local campaigns and global product launch and contributing to the overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience across eCommerce touchpoints.

This role involves ensuring consistent and optimized digital experiences across all eCommerce touchpoints, coordinating product launches and campaigns, and managing day-to-day operations and quality assurance. You will also:
- Support brand consistency of digital experiences delivered on all digital touchpoints (web, mobile web, app)
- Coordinate the integration of all product launches and digital campaigns into the content management system for global and local campaigns and ensure planning of activities (including eCommerce Operations specialist activities) include enough time for set-up, testing and final publishing.
- Support e-merchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM strategies
- Support other departments to implement their projects that have a digital element.
- Produce best practice guides for local market and to share with other markets via HQ
- Ensure all activities are aligned and validated with Local & HQ stakeholders
- Ensure all content, legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws and guidelines
- Ensure all technical issues with digital boutiques are logged, monitored, followed and escalated when need be according to Nespresso guidelines
What will make you successful?
To be successful as an eCommerce Operations Specialist you will have prior experience in the operations space with either experience in digital / eCommerce or the desire to pursue a career in this field. You will also:
