This is a key role in the team – our distribution strategy is growing rapidly, and we have some outstanding partners already onboard, think Apple and Amazon. We need a strong eCommerce player to join our friendly and dedicated team of experts. We’re looking for a hardworking self- starter ready to start their next challenge and help us develop a world class experience across multiple channels for our new members to enjoy wherever they are.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for new customer discovery and purchase journeys for NOW UK 3rd party partners, such as Apple, Amazon and BT.
Use data driven insights to continuously optimise the user experience and drive core KPIs within; acquisition, monetisation and retention.
Work with the Global Product Growth and Distribution teams to deliver new capabilities.
Be the expert on the NOW partner platform and apps ecosystems (e.g. Android & iOS) and distribution channels.
Plan and schedule marketing and content merchandising to maximise awareness and drive conversion.
Be a key contact internally and externally to help lead the strategic eCommerce opportunities of our partnerships for the future.

What you’ll bring:

An in-depth knowledge of eCommerce and Partner payment journeys, with proven experience in a similar role.
Significant experience in translating customer needs into eCommerce delivery, with a focus on developing UX & UI that delivers an excellent customer experience.
You are skilled at project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritisation and trade-off processes.
Excellent analytical skills and experience of using Adobe Analytics or similar.
A talent for developing positive relationships and communicating your ideas.
A background in Marketing, Business, Communications or a similar/related field.

Where you’ll work:

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
