eCommerce Product Content Controller - Leeds / Remote

This role provides great opportunities to be part of a team who strive for excellence every single day, working to manage the nuts-and-bolts of the day-to-day operation, as well as leaving no stone un-turned to improve our website and app journey, right through to our doorstep experience for our customers.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new products with accurate and best in class content onto the website weekly and maintaining existing products we sell.
  • Be the gatekeeper of all milestones in range launches as part of a total online activity plan, ensuring all stakeholders are held accountable for their delivery in range launch.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across trading, operations, supply, Nielson Brandbank and suppliers to launch and maintain our products.
  • Playing a key role across the wider team, driving product setup, trading, and store queries fuelling our development teams with the necessary information to bake back into our processes.
  • Working daily with lots of data and content management systems to deliver against a critical path.
  • Regular product validation and site walks.

 

 

About You:

  • A high attention to detail and well versed with using both spreadsheets and data entry systems.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer focused role and a keen interest in the online market.
  • A logical mindset and keen for things to be in place for ease of shop for our customers.
  • Work well within a team and individually.
  • Self-motivated but can also follow processes.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise when required.
