“This is a new role in the eCommerce team driving forward a better experience for our existing members – ensuring our existing journeys are continuously optimised to improve retention and engagement and are accelerating up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. We are looking for a strong data-driven eCommerce player focussed on retention to join our friendly and dedicated team of experts.”

What you’ll do:

Responsible for using data to ensure our existing customer journeys, including cancellation are optimised to drive core KPIs.
Identify opportunities and deliver core projects to improve capabilities to maximise performance, working closely with our product teams to plan into roadmaps.
Collaborate with the Commercial Retention team, Merchandising & Optimisation and CRM teams to drive forward customer innovation .
Report on journey performance and present findings to a wide range of stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

You are educated to degree level and have experience of eCommerce and retention journey strategies.
You have experience in translating customer needs into eCommerce delivery, with a focus on developing UX & UI that delivers an excellent customer experience.
You are skilled at project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritisation and trade-off processes.
You have excellent analytical skills and experience of using Adobe Analytics or similar.
You have a talent for developing strong relationships and communicating your ideas to senior stakeholders.

Where you’ll work:

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
