Full Job Description
This is a hybrid role (3 days working from the office and 2 days of wfh)
Main purpose of the Job: To provide commercial trading function support to Elemis.com team including merchandising, promo planning and activation, website maintenance, performance analysis and assistance in reporting. Support the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the delivery of trading and customer recruitment/retention campaign plans to meet commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support trading calendar activation
- Create and manage promo codes and thorough testing plan
- Help maintaining promotional and content calendar up-to-date for global and UK visibility using internal calendars
- Communicate all upcoming promotions to the Customer Care team by updating promotional planners and supplying monthly updates.
- Create and communicate key performance KPI dashboards and huddle notes for daily, weekly and monthly team reviews
- Deliver bespoke analysis as requested to aid future promo calendar sign-off
- Participate in the weekly Content Planning Meeting to help planning UK specific content with wider teams to ensure fit with Global planning and UK specific requirements
- Set up and maintain promotional codes and sampling activity as well as logging and reporting offers.
- Assist Ecommerce Manager in creating exclusive GWPs, collections and sampling programs to differentiate ELEMIS.com in omni-channel and UK market and drive new customer acquisition & retention
- Assist Community Manager and Content Manager on Content and Social campaigns with details of upcoming key trade drivers
- Help create promotional campaign briefs for in-house creative team working to process & creative department timelines and deadlines
- Support proof-reading all copy for digital assets
- Working with warehouse team to determine stock levels, kits build schedules and sku changes to meet promo launch dates and stock requirements
- Assist in general merchandising and management of the website assets and site look and feel.
- Analysis of offers and best seller information to maximise product availability and positioning
- Merchandising – Work with Ecom team to analyse on site performance and trends and recommendations
- Ad hoc work with the warehouse team around dispatch, delivery, packaging, stock etc.
- Manage competitor analysis document keeping track of all promotions and offers from key beauty competitors.
- Ensure creativity, professionalism, attention to detail are applied to all work
- Ensure that work is organized to ensure all deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level with specific direct marketing and web qualifications
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
- Solid experience of working in a fast-moving Ecommerce business
Previous Experience and Knowledge:
- Good experience within an online marketing department preferably gained with a similar industry
- Strong understanding of web and direct marketing mechanics in a complex organisation, in particular, experience in managing search, affiliate and email campaigns
- Good understanding in management and development of websites
- Experience in report production and web analytics
- Previously experience working within a FMCG organisation highly desirable
- Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and design packages
- Basic understanding of HTML and web page structure
