About the Role:

This is an exciting new role for Ferrero in the UK and you will join an energetic and transformative eCommerce team. In this role you will support the eCommerce Sales Manager across our eCommerce marketplace channels to enhance the consumer experience and our trading performance. You will work closely with brand marketing, external channel leads and other internal cross-functional partners to develop, execute and implement our ecommerce trading strategy and tactics. Bringing to life some of the World’s most Iconic brands across our eCommerce channels, requires an inquisitive, creative and detail conscious mindset where you will be rewarded with a broad opportunity to learn new digital skills and build a wealth of experience within the fastest growing retail channel.

Main Responsibilities:

Based out of our Greenford office, within a hybrid working environment, your responsibilities will be heavily focused on trading our Amazon store. You will own our product catalogue, maintaining, and enhancing “best in class” digital content, keeping products in stock and available to buy and monitoring competitor activity. By recommending actions across the Ferrero team to continually enhance the consumer experience and maximise discovery of our products you will be responsible for enhancing trading performance across the channel.

You will have full catalogue responsibility and manage listings on Amazon, Ocado and other eCommerce customers & channels. Monitoring on a daily basis the Amazon vendor central and other digital toolsets to optimise line level trading e.g., high glance views, low conversion; high conversion, low glance views, taking regular and routine actions to drive enhanced performance. Being the point of contact (POC) for Amazon Vendor Services and other channels to manage pricing and planned product promotions.

Support the eCommerce Sales manager with detailed and accurate forecast and ordering across the marketplace and pureplay channels developing and maintaining accurate tracking and performance monitoring in collaboration with the Ferrero forecast and ordering teams.

You will implement continuous enhancement of eCommerce content management needs across platforms including Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Amazon Vine, Brandbank, SAP PIM & DAM in partnership with and as advised by the eCommerce Sales and Performance Marketing Managers.

Troubleshooting all areas of Amazon catalogue and purchase order issues utilising 3rd party tools and liaising with internal sales ledger and external channel teams to minimise outstanding claims and issues.

Who we are looking for:

You will ideally be working within eCommerce digital trading or similar eCommerce Teams, preferably in a role that has included Amazon trading experience using either Vendor or Seller Central. Trading across other digital marketplaces or pureplay eCommerce businesses.

You will be a champion on working with a product information management system (e.g. Salsify or website CMS) and content management tools (e.g. Profitero).

You will have strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, with proven team and/or agency collaboration experience and being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital multi-channel customer journey.
