Global eCommerce Delivery Manager - London / Remote

Are you a looking for an eCommerce role that will allow you to play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and expansion of LEGO.com?
We are searching for an individual who is an eCommerce project manager specialist. You will be required to jump straight into ongoing eCommerce projects and help deliver on our digital strategic ambitions!
Core Responsibilities
Global Ecommerce initiatives management (80%)
-
Responsible for planning, leading, and managing complex global eCommerce initiatives and projects, across multiple business units, based in different geographical locations and time zones.

Proactively drive collaboration and create the right conditions for cross functional teams to work together effectively, in a product led organization.

Manage several diverse and concurrent initiatives, spanning from well defined, end to end Business Development projects to commercially driven innovative ideas implementations, involving a multitude of departments such as Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Digital, Content etc.

Lead project teams to ensure objectives are met, with successful execution and implementation, promoting a can-do attitude.

Build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on problem solving, leading by example.

Provide clear, precise, and regular communication, with the right level of details to all partner teams.

Ability to follow and understand complicated processes and dependencies.
Best Practices (20%)

Identify and drive opportunities for improvements in all areas, ensuring processes are detailed and standardised.

Develop ways to effectively share best practices achieving high levels of engagement.

Review and evaluate supporting analysis to best support business units and functional process understanding.

Do you have what it takes?

Experience in the field of eCommerce, with a track record of delivering results and running sophisticated projects.

Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driving online operational critical metrics.

General business understanding of the main forces of online market: retailers, agencies, services etc.

Hands on experience working with analytics tools (Google, Adobe, etc.).

Highly developed skills in business relationship building and negotiations.

Excellent communicator confident in navigating diverse collaborator groups in sophisticated projects.

Experience in working internationally.

Strong project management & change management skills (trainings / certificates).

Highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind and ability to work across many departments.

Problem solving with a “roll-up-your-sleeves”, “get it done” mentality and collaborative attitude.

Self-starter keen to take initiative, can work independently

A natural communicator (written & verbal) with experience in communication material for various organizational levels.
