Created by New Yorker Kara Rosen after she discovered a lack of cold-pressed juices in the UK – what began in her kitchen has since grown to become one of the fast-growing plant based brands in the UK.

Plenish are experiencing fierce and exciting growth in the eCommerce channel thanks to having created the best dairy alternative milks and immunity shots on the market and are now looking for a Head of eCommerce to take responsibility for our ecommerce proposition and own the day-to-day trading activity for plenishdrinks.com

As the Head of eCommerce you will Commercially minded, you will maximise sales to hit our ambitious growth plans while ensuring Plenish is the standout ecommerce website in our category. On a day to day basis you will develop our weekly, monthly and annual sales forecast to hit our ambitious revenue growth targets as well as take ownership for plenishdrinks.com and optimise the website’s performance across key metrics such as CVR, AOV and subscription sign-ups. You will manage a team of 2 people across 3 main categories: Trading, Website Management & Performance and DTC Operations. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a real can-do attitude and an effective problem-solving approach to everything you do.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong DTC ecommerce experience with proven track record of scaling sales over £5M
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage, develop and engage a high performing team
  • Be keen to take a hands-on approach to a “head of” level role and not be afraid to take the lead on projects and day to day tasks leading by example
  • Have experience working in fast paced, lean business environments where their brand has punched above their weight.
