Core Responsibilities

Continue to grow the LEGO eCommerce business in a strategic and sustainable way

Drive growth with our pureplay &marketplace accounts and through our omnichannel customers, delivering a brilliant experience for our shoppers

Lead a high performing team of 10 to deliver our online sales plan through optimised discoverability, engagement and shoppability.

Lead and inspire beyond the eCommerce team. Support and build a pipeline for digital talent within the LEGO Group

Establish a data-driven decision mentality and capture relevant data points across the partner, market and LEGO ecosystems

Inculcate a culture of test, learn and scale through the UK eCommerce team to ensure we maximise the opportunities presented by new trends and technologies (e.g. voice search)

Engage with Regional and Global Centres of Excellence to jointly build eCommerce strategy, harmonise tactics and share insights
Play your part in our team succeeding
We want to assure the highest level of digital shopping experiences (online & mobile/eCommerce) for shoppers of LEGO products on third party pureplayer sites, marketplaces and omnichannel eco-systems; allowing shoppers access to the products they want it, where they want it and how they want it.
This role will be tasked with delivering best in class LEGO (online, mobile and omni-channel) shopper and consumer experiences in conjunction with the LEGO digital strategy by working directly with our retail partners, technology and tool solution providers.
The shopper and consumer will be at the heart of all of your planning. Whether you are developing growth driving activities, building traffic plans, testing conversion optimisation, or focusing on profitability or testing technology solutions.
Do you have what it takes?

Proven & successful experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing and/or technology/digital agency leadership roles

Confidence in your team leadership and ability to develop people

Digital transformation and digital capability building skills

Examples of working with technology, adtech, algorithm or agency providers to optimise and automate business flows

Experience in leading retailer relationships, working with KAMs, driving negotiations and joint business planning
