What will you be doing?

 

This role will own Digital performance of product categories and Digital journeys. This role is hugely influential across all our Direct sales channels (80% of Retail customers and 70% of TSAR customers researched online before purchasing) and is becoming increasingly important as we see a shift in demand towards Digital as a product. A truly cross-functional role with significant involvement with Manufacturers, Commercial Tribes, Terminals, GTM and the wider Digital Organisation – particularly around big commercial launches such as iPhone and strategic campaigns such as Black Friday.

 


Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Accountable for delivering sales volume, revenue and TNPS targets as set out within the Detailed Budget
  • Own, manage, communicate all category online trading performance, forecasting and planning
  • Work with the Merchandising team to prioritise & deliver best in class executions of propositions and promotions.
  • Working closely with the Tribe deliver a truly cross-channel customer experience (e.g. Pre-order, back-order) with a drive to converting customers simply online.
  • Design long range sales and channel strategy (3 years) to support in planning distribution of digital in the wider organistion
  • Build and optimise a best in class customer experience, working with digital product teams and experience leads, measured through channel NPS

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Confident with sales reporting and forecasting, ability to analyse data to gain insights and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – influencing and building strong working relationships with various teams, senior stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead teams on the most effective ways to execute propositions and campaigns online.
  • Digital background.
  • Test and learn approach.
  • Working in an agile organisation with Tribe and chapter dimensions for delivery.
