International eCommerce Manager - London

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team to work in our Head Office in, London.

The Ecommerce Manager will own the day-to-day management of our international websites and associated platforms and systems. Reporting to the Head of Digital and working collaboratively with the Operations and Sales teams, you will drive the strategy for eCommerce growth across all key international regions. The successful candidate will be commercially minded and have a strong aptitude for analytics, project management, and campaign strategy.


  • Lead the eCommerce channel in line with company objectives and sales targets
  • Work closely with the external digital marketing agency to coordinate advertising campaigns and maximise sales during both promotional and non-promotional periods
  • Devise merchandising strategies for new and existing SKUs using a data-driven approach.
  • Contribute to new product launches, creating PDPs and landing pages.
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Designer and Social Media Manager to create dynamic, engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct regular market research, audience surveys, and competitor analysis
  • Produce weekly sales and website performance reports in accordance with department WOW
  • Own digital dashboard, combining analytics reports from multiple sources (GTM, Search Console, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Review automated flows and email campaigns via Klaviyo
  • Liaise with Operations and Supply team to manage pricing and inventory
  • General website maintenance and optimisations
  • Using analytics to understand customer journey to optimize sales, measure performance, and define strategy.
  • Ensure website is kept up-to-date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new in products, regularly updated product page.


  • Proven experience as an eCommerce manager or a similar role
  • Shopify Plus and other eCommerce experience
  • Strong experience in Google Universal Analytics and GA4
  • Confident skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to forecast sales and manage budgets
  • Report sales numbers to senior stakeholders and the wider team
  • Ability to manage internal teams and external agencies and suppliers
  • Understanding and experience in stock inventory management
  • Understanding of core SEO practices and principles (desired)
  • Understanding of paid acquisition channels (desired)
  • Email and CRM experience (desired)
