What you’ll do

As the International eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth through our Global online markets. You will use your expertise to define the overall eCommerce strategy, delivering all KPI’s, revenue and customer growth. You will execute those strategies collaboratively at pace and to exacting standards. Growing these markets is key to our International strategy, and we’ll be looking to you to instil the trading mentality required to capture the opportunity. Managing a team of 3 you will be responsible for delivering the sales, trading and operational plans in over 95 markets.

  • Create and own the operating plan including sales, margin, costs and profit across all Direct to Consumer (D2C) markets.
  • Drive excellence and growth across all Partner led markets with an Omnichannel lens facilitating best practice.
  • P&L responsibility for PurePlay markets, delivering value and reducing costs. Set the trading and promotional calendars and work with the extended team to implement these.
  • Creation of 3-5yr plans, operating budget and sales plans, including quarterly revisions.
  • Drive merchandising improvements to optimise conversion & AOV across owned markets and improvements in NPS across all markets.
  • Improves site efficiencies on range, propositions and pricing to improve profit and customer excellence and satisfaction.
  • Set and deliver yearly strategies across all markets across all Online touchpoints
  • Work with the extended team to manage and improve the proposition by market including delivery, payment, contact centre, content localisation.
  • Reporting commercial performance across markets, highlighting risks & opportunities and performing ad-hoc analysis against KPIs.

Who you are

  • Proven experience within a similar eCommerce role.
  • Commercial thinker with experience delivering to targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills influencing cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with proven leadership ability.
  • Comfortable with entrepreneurial, rapid growth and changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable.
