INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & MARKET PLACE ADMINISTRATOR

We are experiencing unprecedented success and growth and we now have the opportunity for an International Shipping & Marketplace Administrator to join the team.
You will be responsible for collating all related product and shipping data as well as sourcing images from the in-house design teams for various marketplaces. The role is varied, and this individual will be pivotal in the success of the brands wholesale and marketplace business.
The Role:
· Maintain the master sheet
· Support shooting of sample images
· Prepare commercial invoices
· Keep shipping schedule updated
· Check invoices against orders and goods received for approval
· Source images for the Canadian sales team
Marketplace/ 3rd Party Sites/ Wholesale
· Source images from the in-house Design team
· Prepare information sheets for various marketplace sellers
· Upload images to the various marketplaces
General
· Spot patterns in data and make recommendations for action, based on these patters
· Fold, pack and prepare samples for shipping as and when required
· Support the International Logistics Coordinator and wider team with any other tasks as required
The Profile
· You will be a commercial and ecommerce aware individual working within a fashion environment as a wholesale or showroom assistant
· High-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation
Our office is based close to Moorgate tube station. Candidates must be willing to come into the office 4 days per week.
