What will you be doing?
You will sit within the Digital Analytics team in Consumer and lead two key functions; Analytics Implementation and Analytics Engineering (circa 10 dotted line), setting the long-term strategy and creating a happy and high-performing environment.
You will lead the technical capabilities of the wider team by creating the long-term roadmap for improvements and get involved in multiple company wide data initiatives, acting as the Adobe Analytics, Tealium and databases subject matter expert.
Through data and technical expertise, you will enable multiple value streams to progress and advocate for the constant use of accurate and robust data in the decision-making process in the business. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for commercial and customer experience improvements.
Who are we looking for?
- Line Management experience leading happy and high performing teams.
- Experience in managing analytics implementation projects within a complex digital environment (ideally Telecoms or Ecommerce).
- Strong SQL, JavaScript and Python coding knowledge.
- Adobe Analytics implementation and custom configurations knowledge. Knowing and being able to guarantee that our data collection process end-to-end is reliable helps us build trust in our data and insights
- Web debugging & troubleshooting. Knowledge of ReactJS, browsers, cookies, storage, HTTP protocols
- Advanced experience in Tealium TiQ or any Tag Management System
