As an Online Content Manager, you will work closely with our E-commerce and Marketing Team, supporting the creation of online listings, blogs and digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate engaging digital copy and ensure it follows best practice guidelines with appropriate keywords and SEO optimization, whilst developing the company’s voice and image in line with branding and company goals.
- Create and deliver briefs to our Graphic Designers/In house Photography team.
- Maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year and monitor its effectiveness.
- Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and social media.
The Online Content Manager will have the following:
- Ability to be creative and to produce innovative content.
- Excellent business knowledge and marketing acumen.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Ability to work well independently and able to liaise with different departments.
- Time management, organisational skills, and a detail orientated work style.
- Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
- Good understanding of MS Office and basic knowledge of WordPress or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives.
- You are adaptable to changing environments and flexible in your approach – a must when working across a broad spectrum of clients
- You aren’t afraid to use your initiative and contribute ideas – no matter how ‘out there’ you think they might be!
- Confident in working in a fast paced and fluid environment

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
